Order & Pay is a contactless solution that lets customers browse your menu, place their order, and pay using their own smartphone — all by simply scanning a QR code at the table. Once the payment is complete, the order is automatically sent to your staff via a POS terminal or tablet, with no manual entry required. It’s fast, secure, and removes the need for physical menus or waiting for a server.

No app is required. Customers simply scan the QR code using their phone’s camera or a QR scanner, which opens a web-based menu. The process is smooth and familiar — just like ordering from any mobile-friendly website. This makes it easy for anyone to use, including tourists or guests with limited phone storage.

Staff receive customer orders only after the payment has been successfully completed. If your POS system is integrated with the Order & Pay service, the orders appear directly on the POS screen. If not, you can use a dedicated device, such as a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9, to view incoming paid orders in real time. This ensures that staff are only preparing confirmed and paid orders, which reduces errors and speeds up service.

The system supports a wide range of modern payment options. Customers can pay with credit or debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as through mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely, and customers can receive a digital receipt via SMS or email after completing their payment.
